Breakfast

Ac wasnt working in both rooms. Shower didnt work in the first room. I asked for the coffee sachet and room service wanted to charge me even though it comes with the room and they didnt top up mine the next day.

How the receptionist Ebrahim treated us.We booked 2 rooms, paid in advance many days before. They gave us different room saying hotel is fully booked. In the booking.com description said heating system. No heating system working. For us was very bad experience.

Food was very good and diverse as well as delicious. Parking was good and without trouble. Service in English so they were understanding of my requests and questions.

Uncomfortable in the fact that mirrors are seemingly two way (Gap rule) and each room has a service shaft right behind the mirrors... I felt very uncomfortable just knowing there might be cameras behind the mirrors. Location access is on a major road from Istanbul center and getting to the correct lane during traffic can be a big hurdle.

Breakfast is good, it may need more care regards the fruits.

Swimming pool was closed

This is a excellent hotel The staff Faran ibrahim and Ahmed were super excellent Very helpful and excellent service by all 3 of them I will be retuning in a few weeks

amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Swimming pool and trukish bath was free but had to book in a slot, pool was always available. Breakfast was delicious and had wide variety. Only thing we didn't like is that it's far from the centre, which means you will be spending a lot on travelling.

Far from the centre, we were 8 of us so spent quite a lot on travelling

The rooms were fantastically large and cleaned so well everyday. Room service was great and all of the staff were so friendly

The location of the hotel is good, also there is a closed car parking area. If we make a general assessment, the only good thing is that Hotel is in a good location.

How did this hotel get 5 stars? many 4 star hotels are better than this hotel in terms of comfort and facilities. first of all the hotel is very old. However, although it is old, I have stayed in many hotels that have renewed themselves and have high comfort. The hotel is old, the furnishings in the rooms are old, the air conditioners are old, the sanitary ware used in the bathrooms are old and most of them are not working or malfunctioning.The first day we settled in the hotel, the air conditioner in the room was not working. We informed the reception and left the hotel at 10 am. When we returned to the hotel at 11 at night, the air conditioner was still not working. They made us wait for half an hour and then took us to another room. We moved to the new room, but this time the toilets were problematic.If we come to the subject of cleaning, they only clean the wet areas, the rest of the room is not cleaned. I guess the cleaning staff walking in the corridor at 8 am, talking loudly and laughing, are working as a wake-up call.To summarize briefly, this hotel should not be 5 stars. No need to spend money for 5 stars. Many 4-star hotels are more comfortable and high quality than here, as well as cheaper. In conclusion, I can say that it is the worst 5 star hotel I have stayed in.

Everything was nice friendly staff clean room nice food

When we came to checkout they said we had to pay for damages to the room 720 lyra....i asked them what had been damaged.... and all they could show us was a few pictures on a mobile phone of the bed linen looked like had make-up stains on it... no proof that was our room or anything.....i couldn't belive what i was hearing.....maybe they was trying it on because we was english so be aware when staying here they dont try scam more money from you

Personal stuff very nice. Especially Ms.Ferhan NadarTosun was so helpful and very professional.Very nice and clean hotel and really good breakfast.Pool and spa was such as excellent.

worst experience ever, I really don't recommend itthey check me in while the hotel facing issue in AC and it's not working and when I asking them they said it take an hourbut it didn't, it took 2 days .. the phone is not working as well and I have to take the elevator 10 floor to ask for something.the weather is so hot and there was a live music till 2 am and I couldn't close the window because there is no AC and it's really hot .. and no one care about our comfort.. so I left the hotel at the midnight trying to find a place to stay .. and they didn't even apologize for it and didn't even refund the payment even after I check out without staying in the hotel and left even before 10I don't recommend it at all

Furnishing was good ! Location itself wasn’t good but it was 15 min with car to Baghdad street.

Staffs were terrible! they couldn’t speak English I mean it ist the most important thing in an international hotel ! That was unbelievable! They were wrong with room numbers and payments ! So we had to spend a lot of time for check in and out! They are NOT professional at all!They didn’t know the difference between confirmation and reservation and therefore I had spend min. 3 hours of my first day to clear out our confirmations number and payment and ….They have charged us at first day one more time because they said we didn’t receive any money from booking.com although it wasn’t our problem! It was a contract between booking.com and their hotel !!Generally it wasn’t a nice experience!Also for using the pool we must pay extra for each person which it wasn’t mentioned anywhere! Not recommend!

That you had to pay to swim in the pool.you couldn't bring food/ drinks to your own room outside from the hotel.fridge not working.Staff speak very little english.If your sensitive by sound you'll have a rough time since there's a roof bar at 11th floor.Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel, maybe a 3,5.

Location was not bad, from the outside the hotel looks ok.

Very dirty rooms, old furniture, NO towels and blankets in the rooms, staff is unfriendly. Definitely not a 5-star hotel

Brilliant staff very helpful, good breakfast options and a nice relaxing place to visit
